About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for international and country office roles.
  • Act as a trusted talent partner to hiring managers.
  • Develop and strengthen ProVeg’s global employer brand.
  • Build and maintain a consistent, candidate-friendly recruitment framework.
  • Serve as the strategic owner and expert user of Teamtailor.
  • Use recruitment data and insights to identify bottlenecks, improve processes, and support better workforce planning.
  • Support strategic workforce planning by helping anticipate future talent needs.
  • Train and guide local People & Culture colleagues and hiring managers.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, interview coordination, and offer processes.
  • Successfully recruited for international, senior, or specialist roles in complex or fast-moving environments.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, ideally Teamtailor.
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
