About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead full-cycle recruitment for international and country office roles.
Act as a trusted talent partner to hiring managers.
Develop and strengthen ProVeg’s global employer brand.
Build and maintain a consistent, candidate-friendly recruitment framework.
Serve as the strategic owner and expert user of Teamtailor.
Use recruitment data and insights to identify bottlenecks, improve processes, and support better workforce planning.
Support strategic workforce planning by helping anticipate future talent needs.
Train and guide local People & Culture colleagues and hiring managers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, interview coordination, and offer processes.
Successfully recruited for international, senior, or specialist roles in complex or fast-moving environments.
Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, ideally Teamtailor.
Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
