About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements gathering & solution conception: You capture requirements, analyze processes, identify optimization and automation opportunities, and derive functional and technical concepts as well as solution designs, roadmaps and architectural decisions for low-code, AI and Copilot solutions.
Microsoft Power Platform & M365 (Modern Work): You design and implement solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform and selectively integrate Modern Work components of the Microsoft 365 suite, combined with automation and AI approaches, from concept to rollout.
Copilot Studio & agent-based AI development (low-code): You design and develop AI-powered copilots and agents on a low-code basis, implement agent-based scenarios, integrate them into Microsoft 365, the Power Platform and business applications while considering governance, security and user acceptance, and iteratively refine prompts, dialogue and agent logic.
Development & enhancement: You develop custom business applications and AI-adjacent solutions, contribute to the further development of our own software and agent components, and ensure clean architecture, maintainability, quality and compliance.
Agile work & project ownership: You independently deliver projects using Scrum or Kanban and work closely, pragmatically and solution-oriented with other Provectrons.
Knowledge transfer & enablement: You train customers and Provectrons on Power Platform, Copilot Studio and AI use cases and create guidelines, best practices, templates and reusable components for low-code and AI solutions.
Contribution to Provectus' Smart Work service: You contribute to the development and delivery of our Smart Work service portfolio for customers, bring in your own ideas and use cases, and support the standardization, scaling and optimization of Modern Work, process automation and AI Copilot solutions.
Teamwork: You regularly exchange ideas across departments with colleagues and actively participate in dailies, reviews and retrospectives to continuously improve solutions and processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Microsoft technologies & platforms: You have deep experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and ideally Dataverse; you are highly familiar with Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint & Teams, and Modern Work scenarios.
AI & Copilot competency: You have experience with Copilot Studio, Microsoft Copilot and designing/implementing AI-assisted copilots or agent-based solutions; you are familiar with use-case design, governance, prompting and adoption.
Requirements analysis & solution design: You can capture requirements in a structured way, analyze them and translate them into functional and technical concepts; you advise in workshops and stakeholder management and implement solution designs.
Soft skills & customer orientation: You are a strong communicator in German and English and always act in a customer- and service-oriented manner.
