About the role
- Identify and acquire new customers proactively or in collaboration with a lead-generation agency
- Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline in HubSpot
- Manage new customers until they reach a defined maturity level
- Conduct product demos and presentations
- Monitor the market and analyze competitors
- Work closely with Marketing, Presales and Delivery teams
Requirements
- Several years of experience in B2B solutions sales and/or new customer acquisition in the IT and Microsoft ecosystem
- Strong negotiation skills
- Passion for technological innovation and cutting-edge products, especially in AI
- Ability to communicate clearly and in a structured manner in German and English
- Ability to systematically capture customer needs and requirements
- Team player with the ability to work independently within a team of specialists
