About the role

  • Identify and acquire new customers proactively or in collaboration with a lead-generation agency
  • Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline in HubSpot
  • Manage new customers until they reach a defined maturity level
  • Conduct product demos and presentations
  • Monitor the market and analyze competitors
  • Work closely with Marketing, Presales and Delivery teams

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B solutions sales and/or new customer acquisition in the IT and Microsoft ecosystem
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Passion for technological innovation and cutting-edge products, especially in AI
  • Ability to communicate clearly and in a structured manner in German and English
  • Ability to systematically capture customer needs and requirements
  • Team player with the ability to work independently within a team of specialists
