About the role

  • Develop and execute personalized, multi-touch outreach sequences using email, phone, LinkedIn, and other digital channels to engage key accounts in the EMEA region.
  • Identify and qualify high-value opportunities, ensuring a seamless transition from Marketing to Sales.
  • Partner closely with the Marketing team to leverage insights, messaging, and content for targeted outreach.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline by researching and identifying potential customers within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Leverage Salesforce, Outreach, and other tools to document interactions, track campaign effectiveness, and continuously improve engagement strategies.
  • Represent Provar at industry webinars and events to establish relationships with potential prospects.
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to outreach, engagement, and lead conversion.
  • Serve as the frontline ambassador of Provar’s mission, ensuring that our messaging resonates with the right audience.

Requirements

  • A solid academic foundation to degree level or higher
  • 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a strong focus on ABM strategies, especially for EMEA.
  • Experience with Outreach, Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, and other sales/marketing automation tools.
  • Proven ability to work across sales and marketing teams to execute targeted, data-driven outreach campaigns.
  • Ability to engage prospects through consultative conversations and value-driven messaging.
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional fluency in European languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Dutch) is a plus.
