About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct routine, unannounced, and undercover site visits to monitor operations
- Use camera equipment to remotely observe and evaluate employee adherence to compliance standards
- Ensure employees are checking valid government-issued IDs for all liquor purchases, in compliance with state & federal laws and customer policies and procedures
- Verify that employees are following credit card-only payment policies for food and beverage transactions
- Accurately document findings from both on-site and camera-based assessments using provided checklists and reporting tools
- Submit detailed reports to management highlighting any areas of concern or non-compliance
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling camera footage or sensitive compliance information
- Ensure all activities align with client and company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- Support management in implementing corrective actions or disciplinary measures for repeated or serious compliance issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in compliance, auditing, retail, or concessions operations is a plus
- Familiarity with liquor laws, point-of-sale systems, and camera monitoring equipment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
