About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provision, install, configure, operate, and maintain version control systems, build tools, and continuous integration tools
Work with development teams to support applications and promote Site Reliability Engineering practices
Identify improvements to deployment reliability and reduce manual intervention
Design and implement high-availability solutions, including load balancer configurations
Participate in 24/7 support coverage, including occasional after-hours work and on-call duties
Maintain, develop, and support internal and external business applications
Collaborate with IT, development, and other technology stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of relevant work experience
3+ years of experience managing servers in an enterprise environment
2+ years of experience supporting code releases for highly available applications
1+ year of experience supporting server configuration management tools
1+ year of experience supporting highly available applications
Ability to identify manual processes and automate them to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability
Experience or skills with Ansible, Terraform, Azure DevOps, GitHub, HAProxy, JSON, REST, Git, Kubernetes, Linux OS hardening and security, AWS, and Azure
Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or foreign national granted refugee or asylee status due to ITAR regulations
Individuals with temporary visas are not eligible for hire
