About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to the provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of version control systems, build pipelines, and continuous integration tooling
- Partner with development teams to support applications, enhance reliability, and promote site reliability engineering practices
- Identify and implement opportunities to increase deployment stability while reducing manual intervention
- Design and maintain high‑availability solutions, including load balancer configuration and optimization
- Participate in 24/7 operational coverage, including periodic after‑hours work and on‑call responsibilities
- Support the growth of the team by mentoring and training colleagues, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree OR minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
- 5+ years experience managing servers in an enterprise environment
- 5+ years experience supporting code releases into highly available applications
- 2+ years experience supporting server configuration management tooling
- 2+ years experience supporting highly available applications
- Must have the ability to take manual processes and automate them
