Design, document, and continuously improve the Protolabs Delivery Framework, outlining standardized processes for project and program management.
Develop process flows, templates, and guidelines for project staffing and resource allocation, capacity and demand management, task list management and Gantt chart creation, risk and issue logging, and project and program reporting.
Ensure alignment of the framework with enterprise strategy, governance requirements, and best practices (Agile, hybrid, waterfall).
Create and maintain a company-wide knowledge repository to publish the Protolabs Delivery Framework, tools, templates, and training materials.
Collaborate with the ePMO Director to promote adoption and continuous improvement of project management standards.
Serve as the administrator for the enterprise portfolio and project management (PPM) tool.
Configure and optimize the tool to support Protolabs Delivery Framework processes, reporting needs, and integration with enterprise systems (ERP, HRIS, finance).

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of experience developing process documentation, templates, and knowledge repositories.
Hands-on experience administering and configuring PPM tools (e.g., Asana, Planview, Smartsheet, Project Online, Jira Align, or similar).
Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery methodologies.
Strong analytical and process design skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools.
Ability to train and support users with varying levels of project management experience.
Collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
