💰 $26 - $35 per hour

About the role

  • Supporting the regulatory compliance activities of the legal department
  • Focus on supporting the product stewardship program as part of a team of product stewardship representatives
  • Reviewing and responding to customer requests for product stewardship documentation
  • Interfacing with both internal and external customers
  • Working with compliance management to address those customers’ expectations on a timely and professional basis

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of office support or customer service experience
  • Strong customer service focus, excellent interpersonal skills, and an ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills and strong sense of urgency
  • Proven ability to prioritize and complete multiple assignments
  • Detail-oriented
  • Willingness to independently search out solutions to new or unique opportunities
  • Flexibility to adapt to new or changing processes, policies, compliance requirements or tools
  • Working knowledge of product stewardship regulatory requirements such as RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals, a plus but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with various software solutions such as Microsoft AX and Salesforce
