About the role

  • Own strategy & roadmap for your domain within the platform and make data-driven prioritization decisions with operations, commercial, and network stakeholders
  • Deeply understand partner segments (capabilities, performance, preferences), customer needs (lead time, quality, cost), and end-to-end workflows from quote to delivery
  • Discover, measure, iterate - run problem validation, experiments, and prototypes. Write clear PRDs. Own post-launch metrics like adoption, allocation quality, on-time delivery, and margin impact
  • Drive execution with engineering and design on a predictable cadence. Manage scope, risks, and dependencies; shield the team from low-value distractions
  • Partner with the business on partner lifecycle (onboarding, performance, engagement) and network-wide tradeoffs across speed, quality, cost, and utilization
  • Partner on engineering health - work with engineering leadership to balance feature delivery with investments in reliability, scalability, and maintainability
  • Advocate for sustainable pace and platform quality

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management (or closely related) experience
  • Demonstrated ownership of a product, feature set or domain from discovery through launch and adoption
  • Experience working day-to-day with software engineers and designers in an agile environment, with a predictable shipping cadence

  • Comfortable working with funnels, experiments and cost/benefit framing to support decisions
  • Ability to define clear success metrics and measure product performance against business outcomes and KPIs
  • User-centric mindset with the ability to balance customer, business and operational considerations

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Able to create clarity in complex domains and build alignment without direct authority
