💰 $55,000 - $85,000 per year
About the role
- Provide evidence-based treatment (CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.) to cancer patients via Collaborative Care Model.
- Deliver treatment via telehealth (video and phone), document care, and communicate with oncology teams.
- Maintain patient registry aligned with Collaborative Care Model requirements and assess patient progress.
- Participate in weekly consultation meetings with Protocol’s consulting psychiatrist and attend care coordination meetings as needed.
- Maintain a patient caseload targeting 65% patient-facing time and utilize between-session messaging as indicated.
- Participate in initial and ongoing training, supervision, and department meetings; maintain licensure as required.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted, and independent license to provide mental health treatment from at least one US state (will consider pre-licensed candidates for Pacific and Mountain time zones).
- Mandarin Speaking / fluent in Mandarin.
- Ability to work a Pacific Time schedule.
- Ability to support a caseload of patients of different diagnoses, backgrounds and cultures, and with varying degrees of acuity.
- Ability to deliver care in a virtual setting (telehealth).
- Experience with patients with oncology and/or chronic/serious medical conditions.
- Experience supporting patients with suicidal ideation and/or trauma.
- Plus if certified proficient for practice in Spanish or Mandarin.
