About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide empathetic, ethical, and professional telephonic support to individuals experiencing distress or seeking guidance.
- Build rapport, actively listen, and foster client engagement.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4 year college or university
