Key responsibilities & impact

Provide empathetic, ethical, and professional telephonic support to individuals experiencing distress or seeking guidance.
Build rapport, actively listen, and foster client engagement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4 year college or university.
Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
Successful completion of six-week paid virtual training cohort is required for continued employment.
Regular availability on weekends and holidays is required.
