About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete personal and administrative tasks for the CEO, including proactive calendar and appointment management, medical and health management, and household and lifestyle management
- Plan, coordinate, and ensure the CEO is prepared for personal travel and family events
- Handle end-to-end planning of family travel for vacations and other events
- Coordinate multi-track itineraries when schedules diverge
- Provide active support during periods of travel change
- Communicate directly and professionally with the CEO’s family and other important people in their life
- Proactively raise opportunities and concerns to help the CEO balance work and personal life
- Perform complex and sensitive ad hoc tasks and personal projects requiring research and coordination
- Respond in real time and communicate outside core business hours, especially during travel windows
- Report to the CEO’s EA and function as an extension of the CEO’s support team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
- Work or internship experience in a high-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Client service industry experience ideally
- Thoughtful and strategic judgment across varied personal situations
- High trust and confidence
- Effective and professional communication skills
- Ability to handle complex, sensitive tasks requiring research and coordination
- Availability for real-time communication outside core business hours, especially during travel windows
- Ability to average approximately 40 hours per week, with hours varying based on business needs
