Lead relationships with strategic clients and provide guidance through engagement completion
Identify and manage client risks

Lead and perform requirements definition, design workshops, testing, data conversion, training, cutover, and post-go-live support for Workday implementations
Coordinate client teams, system integrators, and third-party vendors to drive process alignment, organizational readiness, issue resolution, testing, training, and deployment outcomes
Establish and cultivate business relationships and professional networks
Pursue business development opportunities and strategies to obtain new work or clientele
Provide leadership and direct supervision, including appraisals, mentoring, coaching, work review, and team coordination

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, Finance/Accounting, Engineering)
7+ years working in professional services or industry
Demonstrated experience leading or managing future-state design and process improvement projects focused on Record to Report (R2R) and/or Order to Cash (O2C)
Experience providing business integrator support for large-scale Workday Financials implementations
Experience serving as a solution architect, project manager, and/or workstream lead for R2R and/or O2C during Workday design and implementation
Experience managing large, complex Workday Financials implementations
Experience developing Workday Financials and Accounting Center implementation plans, including estimating effort, timing, and costs
Experience designing and implementing Workday, including requirements definition, design workshops, testing, data conversion, training, cutover, and post-go-live support
Established business relationships and professional network, including senior executives
Experience pursuing business development opportunities and obtaining new work or clientele
Ability to translate and communicate issues, risks, or challenges to client personnel, including executives
Leadership and direct supervisory experience, including performance appraisals, mentoring, coaching, work oversight and review, team coordination, and motivation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Workday certification in Record to Report and/or Contracts to Cash strongly preferred
Accounting Center and/or Prism certifications are a plus
Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Python, and Power BI is a strong asset
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting practices
Successful completion of a background check required
