About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead client engagements at the intersection of AI adoption and security risk
- Develop relationships with client executives and serve as trusted advisor
- Conduct AI risk assessments, threat modeling, and security reviews
- Shape and advance Protiviti's Security of AI service offerings
- Partner with practice leadership to evolve methodology and tooling
- Help recruit, mentor, and retain top talent
- Lead business development and contribute to client pursuits
- Build external presence in AI security through thought leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years in cybersecurity
- Depth in security architecture, AI/ML security, application security, or cloud security
- Direct experience with AI security risks: prompt injection, data poisoning, model inversion, etc.
- Familiarity with AI security and governance landscape: OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, NIST AI RMF, etc.
- Track record of owning client relationships and managing multi-workstream engagements
- Strong communicator with ability to explain AI risks to various stakeholders
- Experience leading and developing teams of consultants and senior consultants
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Professional certification such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CISA, or equivalent preferred
