About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with clients to solve complex business problems and provide impactful advice and solutions
Develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery
Foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market
Mentor, train, and coach to Consultants and Senior Consultants as you facilitate the successful completion of project work plans
Assess real estate departments to identify areas of improvement and optimiz existing processes
Document processes through flowcharts, narratives, policies, procedures and playbooks
Participate in the preparation of client proposals and strategies to win new business
Work with a diverse portfolio of clients across the Real Estate industry

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or related field)
5+ years working in Consulting, Real Estate, Project Management, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or related field, either in professional services or industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
