About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- partner with clients to solve complex business problems and provide impactful advice and solutions
- develop lasting relationships with client personnel
- foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti
- mentor, train, and coach Consultants and Senior Consultants as you facilitate the successful completion of project work plans
- assess real estate departments to identify areas of improvement
- develop and optimize existing processes related to real estate and capital projects
- document processes through flowcharts, narratives, policies, and procedures
- prepare client proposals and strategies to win new business
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or related field)
- 5+ years working in Consulting, Real Estate, Project Management, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or related field, either in professional services or industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
