About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with clients to solve complex business problems and provide impactful advice and solutions
- Develop lasting relationships with client personnel through quality product delivery
- Foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti
- Mentor, train, and coach Consultants and Senior Consultants as you facilitate the successful completion of project work plans
- Understand how construction projects are planned, managed, monitored, and delivered, including the roles of owners, contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and project controls teams
- Familiar with key stages of the construction project lifecycle and capable of assessing construction project governance, project controls, cost management, and contractor oversight
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field)
- 5+ years of experience in Consulting, Construction, Engineering, Project Controls, or Capital Project Management, within professional services or industry
- Experience with project management tools and construction systems (e.g., Primavera P6, Procore, e-Builder, Kahua, CMIC, or similar) is a plus
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, PE, or similar are a plus
