About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with clients to solve complex business problems and provide impactful advice and solutions
Develop lasting relationships with client personnel through quality product delivery
Foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti
Mentor, train, and coach Consultants and Senior Consultants as you facilitate the successful completion of project work plans
Understand how construction projects are planned, managed, monitored, and delivered, including the roles of owners, contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and project controls teams
Familiar with key stages of the construction project lifecycle and capable of assessing construction project governance, project controls, cost management, and contractor oversight

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field)
5+ years of experience in Consulting, Construction, Engineering, Project Controls, or Capital Project Management, within professional services or industry
Experience with project management tools and construction systems (e.g., Primavera P6, Procore, e-Builder, Kahua, CMIC, or similar) is a plus
Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, PE, or similar are a plus
