About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with clients to identify risk, operational inefficiencies, and strategic opportunities across real estate portfolios, transactions, and capital investments
- Develop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking
- Devise solutions to support clients' needs through using the latest tools and methods
- Develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery
- Foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market
- Mentor and provide performance development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Real Estate, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field)
- 8+ years of experience in Consulting, Real Estate, Investment Management, or Capital Project-related roles
- Experience with real estate financial modeling and analytical tools preferred
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, PMP, or related credentials are a plus.
