Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with clients to identify risk, operational inefficiencies, and strategic opportunities across real estate portfolios
Develop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking
Devise solutions to support clients' needs using the latest tools and methods
Develop lasting relationships with client personnel
Foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Real Estate, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field)
8+ years of experience in Consulting, Real Estate, Investment Management, or Capital Project-related roles
Experience with real estate financial modeling and analytical tools preferred
Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, PMP, or related credentials are a plus
