Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field
2+ years of experience in HR transformation, human capital consulting, or progressive HR roles
Experience in a professional services consulting firm is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with process mapping or analytics tools a plus
Relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, PMP, or similar preferred
