Collaborate with the team to solve complex business problems
Participate in Passport to Protiviti onboarding program and The Consulting Challenge experiential learning course
Assess risks, analyze data, document observations, and communicate insights during client engagements
Manage time and priorities, take ownership of assignments, and contribute meaningfully to team outcomes
Interact with leaders across the practice and receive hands-on training in a supportive environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Accounting, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related fields)
Authorization to work in the United States for Protiviti without sponsorship now or in the future
Demonstrated proficiency in applying AI tools to analytical and research tasks (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GenAI, etc.)
Advanced verbal and written communication skills
Ability to apply critical thinking skills and innovation to client engagements across various industries
Technical proficiency aligning with the assigned capability area
