About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with Protiviti’s clients, who are typically among the world’s leading companies
- Collaborate with the team to deliver client-focused solutions to complex business problems
- Contribute ideas, learn through real work, and collaborate closely with others
- Participate in Passport to Protiviti and The Consulting Challenge for onboarding
- Experience a variety of projects designed to fuel curiosity and build capability
- Assess risks, analyze data, document observations, and communicate insights
- Manage time and priorities effectively and take ownership of assignments
- Interact with leaders across practice and receive hands-on training
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Accounting, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related fields)
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
- Demonstrated proficiency in applying AI tools to analytical and research tasks (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GenAI, etc.)
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to apply critical thinking skills and innovation to client engagements across various industries
- Technical proficiency aligning with the assigned capability area
- Relevant experience with internal audit processes and emerging technologies
- Handling and analyzing data and information in various formats to uncover valuable insights
- Experience with modern tools and technologies, including Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools like Power BI
- Entry-level proficiency in software development, best practices, and methodologies
- Interest in advanced analytics and automation technologies (e.g., Alteryx, MS Power Platform, Python)
