About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute by working with clients as part of an engagement team
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of business transformation methodologies
  • Participate in workshops and stakeholder meetings
  • Document current-state business processes and operating models
  • Identify, analyse and communicate key business risks and transformation opportunities
  • Support the design and implementation of target operating models
  • Assist clients in managing organisational change
  • Prepare high-quality client deliverables
  • Execute project management, governance and programme administration activities
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
  • Support business development activities through proposal development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in a business change, transformation or operational improvement role within consulting or industry
  • Experience supporting the design and implementation of business transformation initiatives
  • Self-starter can operate independently as well as collaboratively
  • Proven track record of using creative and logical problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstration of commercial awareness
  • Excellent leadership skills with strong mentoring and people development capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal, client relationship and team building skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 toolkit
