About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute by working with clients as part of an engagement team
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of business transformation methodologies
- Participate in workshops and stakeholder meetings
- Document current-state business processes and operating models
- Identify, analyse and communicate key business risks and transformation opportunities
- Support the design and implementation of target operating models
- Assist clients in managing organisational change
- Prepare high-quality client deliverables
- Execute project management, governance and programme administration activities
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
- Support business development activities through proposal development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in a business change, transformation or operational improvement role within consulting or industry
- Experience supporting the design and implementation of business transformation initiatives
- Self-starter can operate independently as well as collaboratively
- Proven track record of using creative and logical problem-solving abilities
- Demonstration of commercial awareness
- Excellent leadership skills with strong mentoring and people development capabilities
- Strong interpersonal, client relationship and team building skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 toolkit
