About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Mentor, trainer, and coach to Interns and Consultants
- Facilitate successful completion of project work plans
- Identify areas of risk and opportunities to increase efficiency across Workday HCM implementations
- Strengthen relationships and deepen abilities to communicate, gain trust, and network with clients
- Accept responsibility for decision-making including establishing project scope and work plans, project staffing, preparation of deliverables, and application of methodologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- 2+ years working in Workday HCM implementation, Human Capital Consulting, Human Resources Technology, or a related field
- Hands-on configuration experience in one or more Workday HCM modules strongly preferred
- Workday Pro Certification in one or more modules preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Professional certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PMP, or similar a plus
