About the role

  • Partner with clients to solve complex business problems and provide impactful advice and solutions
  • Develop lasting relationships with client personnel
  • Serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market
  • Mentor, train, and coach Consultants and Senior Consultants
  • Participate in preparation of client proposals and strategies to win new business

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Information Technology/MIS, Engineering)
  • 5+ years working in professional services or the industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access
  • Professional Certification such as Workday HCM and/or Payroll preferred.
