Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with clients to solve complex business problems and provide impactful advice and solutions.
Develop lasting relationships with client personnel through quality product delivery.
Foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti.
Mentor, train, and coach Consultants and Senior Consultants to facilitate the successful completion of project work plans.
Participate in the preparation of client proposals and strategies to win new business.
Manage Workday HCM and Payroll configurations and implementations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Information Technology/MIS, Engineering).
5+ years working in professional services or the industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.
Professional Certification such as Workday HCM and/or Payroll preferred.
