About the role
- Partner with clients to solve complex business problems and provide impactful advice and solutions.
- Develop lasting relationships with client personnel through quality product delivery.
- Foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti.
- Mentor, train, and coach Consultants and Senior Consultants to facilitate the successful completion of project work plans.
- Participate in the preparation of client proposals and strategies to win new business.
- Manage Workday HCM and Payroll configurations and implementations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Information Technology/MIS, Engineering).
- 5+ years working in professional services or the industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.
- Professional Certification such as Workday HCM and/or Payroll preferred.
