About the role
- Support design strategy, vision, and execution for Interim, Point, and AI solutions
- Facilitate discussions with managers to identify business capabilities
- Create and maintain business capability, data, process, and technology inventories
- Partner with teams to gather and document the organization’s business and technology landscape
- Lead and enhance business capability models using maturity frameworks
- Collaborate with product squad to improve existing products or create new solutions
- Contribute to the strategic planning process for initiatives leveraging capabilities
- Produce materials and facilitate collaborative design sprints
- Conduct user research and present recommendations
- Define and write job stories and business outcomes for product backlogs
- Create high-fidelity, interactive prototypes to test and validate designs
- Support workflow and design systems for efficient product development handoffs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent relevant work experience
- 3-5 years of experience
- Demonstrated skills in business and functional requirements gathering
- Data analysis experience
- Functional testing knowledge
- Process mapping and workflow documentation
- UAT planning and execution
- Highly proficient in analysis tools (e.g., SQL, PowerBI, Python, Microsoft Excel)
- Experience with backlog management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira)
- Familiarity with visual collaboration tools (e.g., Mural, Miro, or Freehand)
- Proficiency in user experience/prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch)
- Experience in building and supporting Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g., LLMs, automation, predictive analytics)
- Solid understanding of design thinking and phases of the design process
- Familiarity with APIs and system interoperability concepts
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience collaborating with engineering, product management, and research teams in an agile environment
