About the role
- Partner with clients to solve complex business problems and provide impactful advice
- Develop lasting relationships with client personnel and provide quality product delivery
- Mentor, train, and coach Consultants and Senior Consultants to facilitate successful project work plans
- Create development opportunities for team members and participate in the preparation of client proposals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, CIS, Analytics)
- 5+ years working in professional services or industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Business Intelligence solutions
- Leadership & Management capabilities
- Ability to articulate the value of Microsoft Fabric and Business Intelligence solutions
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with programming languages utilized within Microsoft Data Platform stack (e.g., Python, Spark, C#, Java, Scala, R, DAX, MDX, or M)
