About the role

  • Support base pay, incentive award, and early career compensation programs using advanced compensation knowledge
  • Execute compensation activities in alignment with established policies, guidelines, and methodologies
  • Respond to compensation inquiries from HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition; escalate complex issues as appropriate
  • Maintain and update salary structures for the North American practice, including range administration and midpoint analysis
  • Conduct job pricing analyses using survey data and internal benchmarks, document assumptions and outcomes
  • Support internal equity reviews and accurate implementation of structure updates
  • Support end-to-end salary survey participation, including job matching, data validation, and submission preparation
  • Analyze survey results to identify market trends and support pricing recommendations
  • Conduct ongoing compensation research and benchmarking against peer organizations
  • Build and maintain compensation models for pay adjustments, promotions, and annual bonus processes
  • Perform scenario modeling and data validation to support forecasts and decision-making
  • Prepare clear analyses and summaries that translate data into actionable insights
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to support hiring and internal movement decisions
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR Operations to support budgeting, reporting, and data accuracy
  • Communicate findings clearly and professionally, adapting messaging to the audience
  • Manage assigned tasks across multiple compensation projects, meeting deadlines and quality standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve tools, templates, and processes and support implementation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics) or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in compensation, total rewards, or related analytical roles, preferably in a professional services or matrixed organization
  • Experience supporting salary structures, survey participation, and compensation modeling
  • Experience with Workday and other compensation administration tools
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
  • A strong, genuine curiosity for leveraging M365, AI tools, and platforms like ChatGPT to enhance productivity and problem solving
  • Demonstrated budgeting expertise and solid financial acumen to support data driven decisions
  • Hands on experience with Payscale / Payfactors
  • Strong knowledge of compensation practices and market pricing
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with HR and business partners
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Detail oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and risk awareness
