About the role
- Support Protera end customer infrastructure (VMware, Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Respond to product escalations and troubleshoot operational issues
- Monitor cloud environments and ensure maximum system uptime
- Participate in patch management, OS upgrades, and vulnerability remediation
- Participate in an on-call rotation and operate in a global 24x7 environment
Requirements
- Experience with Windows and Linux/Unix administration
- Familiarity with VMware and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure
- Experience with Network Protocols, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, FTP, Group Policy and IIS
- Basic networking and troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure
- Monitor and analyze system logs and RCA
- Bonus: Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python), experience with ServiceNow, LogicMon, and Elastic Search
