About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work as part of the IT Planning & Engagement team
- Collaborate with the Director of Business Systems Analysts
- Elicit and translate business needs into detailed functional requirements
- Collaborate with development team to design and transition functional requirements into technical solutions
- Develop a trusting relationship with customers
- Test user stories and ensure all acceptance criteria is met
- Work within an agile environment following sprint commitments and release schedules
- Help define the scope and objectives of moderately complex system-related projects
- Prepare end-user procedures and manuals and provide end-user training
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Business Systems Analyst or relatable position
- Experience working with business units to define needs, provide analysis and document consequences of change
- Experience collaborating with internal IT teams to define and design application solutions that meet the customer needs and IT best practices
- Experience with Agile methodology and proven ability to transform complex problems into stories
- Working knowledge of various coding languages, including SQL, C#, or JS
- Working knowledge of various software platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics, Contact Center Technology, Application Extender, CMOD, APIM, HP Exstream or Microsoft Power BI
