Key responsibilities & impact- crafts compelling and persuasive copy that aligns with the brand’s voice, product positioning, and marketing goals
- collaborates closely with the content and creative strategy team
- create purposeful, audience-centered content that aligns with brand voice, product positioning, and marketing priorities
- adapt messaging for different channels and audiences, ensuring consistency while optimizing for format and engagement
- translate complex ideas into clear, accessible language, particularly in financial and insurance contexts
- contribute to campaign development, including creating message variations that support audience segmentation and performance goals
- develop a wide range of content, such as product materials, sales enablement tools, digital and social content, presentations, and marketing communications
- partner closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., creative, content strategy, marketing) to deliver cohesive and aligned messaging
- maintain high standards of quality and accuracy, ensuring all content adheres to brand guidelines and established processes
- manage multiple projects and timelines effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- continuously build knowledge of the organization’s brand, products, and services
- support an inclusive, collaborative, and creative team environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of copywriting across multiple formats and channels
- Ability to simplify complex or technical information for diverse audiences
- Skilled at synthesizing input from multiple sources into cohesive, effective messaging
- Comfortable adjusting tone, style, and approach based on audience and channel
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement through iteration
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Workfront, Mural, Figma, or similar)
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with financial services, insurance, or investment products, and understanding of marketing and sales processes
