About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

provide support for claims by handling a large volume of claims calls and emails
open new claims, thoroughly and accurately collect, and review all claim documents
verify all requirements have been met and provide claim status updates
provide exceptional customer service
carry out key administrative duties as assigned by management
work Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST
follow a hybrid work schedule; work from home on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and onsite on Monday and Wednesday
attend initial training onsite Monday through Thursday

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of clerical/administrative experience
2+ years of customer service experience
2+ years of call center experience
Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred)
Knowledge and experience within the automotive, insurance, or auto financing industry
Proven ability to multi-task and handle interruptions
