About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • provide support for claims by handling a large volume of claims calls and emails
  • open new claims, thoroughly and accurately collect, and review all claim documents
  • verify all requirements have been met and provide claim status updates
  • provide exceptional customer service
  • carry out key administrative duties as assigned by management
  • work Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST
  • follow a hybrid work schedule; work from home on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and onsite on Monday and Wednesday
  • attend initial training onsite Monday through Thursday

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of clerical/administrative experience
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 2+ years of call center experience
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred)
  • Knowledge and experience within the automotive, insurance, or auto financing industry
  • Proven ability to multi-task and handle interruptions
