About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- provide support for claims by handling a large volume of claims calls and emails
- open new claims, thoroughly and accurately collect, and review all claim documents
- verify all requirements have been met and provide claim status updates
- provide exceptional customer service
- carry out key administrative duties as assigned by management
- work Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST
- follow a hybrid work schedule; work from home on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and onsite on Monday and Wednesday
- attend initial training onsite Monday through Thursday
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of clerical/administrative experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 2+ years of call center experience
- Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred)
- Knowledge and experience within the automotive, insurance, or auto financing industry
- Proven ability to multi-task and handle interruptions
