About the role
- Responsible for receiving, evaluating and resolving all incoming calls regarding Disability Benefits Law (DBL) and Paid Family Leave (PFL)
- Deliver exemplary Customer Service to both internal and external customers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in business or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in the Insurance Industry preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and empathy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
