  • Responsible for receiving, evaluating and resolving all incoming calls regarding Disability Benefits Law (DBL) and Paid Family Leave (PFL)
  • Deliver exemplary Customer Service to both internal and external customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in business or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in the Insurance Industry preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and empathy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
