- Senior Operations Specialist in Executive Benefits focused on BOLI/COLI policy administration
- Support operational backbone: processing financial transactions, reporting, and client service functions
- Manage daily workflow of incoming tasks, premium administration, titles, and quality control
- Monitor bank accounts, reconcile transactions, distribute monthly billing statements, and handle ACH/NOC activity
- Generate manual and specialized reports to support analysts and reporting needs
- Provide backup coverage for Workflow & Delivery Coordinator and Premium Administration
- Perform quality control checks on contractual tasks and maintain tracking of Quality Control activities
- Contribute to team productivity and support manager-assigned initiatives
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-starter with exceptional time management and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Writer
- Familiarity with workflow tools and financial services processes (plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of related experience (financial transaction processing, Customer Service, Cash Handling)
- 1+ year of experience with BOLI/COLI products or life insurance operations (strongly preferred)
- Successful completion of FINRA fingerprinting upon acceptance of the role
