About the role

  • provide finance and insurance services for a network of dealerships
  • maintain and develop existing automotive dealer relationships
  • acquire new customer accounts
  • demonstrate and train to the approved customer F&I process
  • be proficient on all technology used within the process
  • have thorough knowledge of all F&I products offered
  • develop and execute strategies to increase production within existing accounts
  • enhance relationships with key dealership personnel
  • utilize CRM to track sales leads and customer interactions
  • establish ongoing communication with dealers
  • identify and implement process improvement recommendations
  • leverage customer relationships to generate leads
  • maintain industry knowledge of trends and company initiatives
  • assist management with evaluating competitive programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Business-to-business sales experience of 2-5 years in the automotive industry preferred
  • Retail automotive industry experience preferred
  • Strong focus on customer service, which includes excellent listening skills, verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Possess an organized approach to problem-solving
  • Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Must be able to travel 50-75% of the time by air or car (varies by territory)
