About the role
- Adjudicating claims and accurately receiving and assessing new losses
- Documenting and investigating claims while maintaining customer service
- Authorizing claims and answering a high volume of inbound calls
- Processing and completing all paperwork according to established procedures
- Delivering professional service on phone inquiries regarding claim processing and coverage
- Performing other job duties as assigned
Requirements
- 1 year minimum experience using "StoneEagle" menu and administration software
- 2+ years of experience in an automotive service environment as an Automotive Technician or Service Writer/Advisor
- Experience using various modern computer systems, software applications, and communication tools
- Demonstrated experience in resolving conflict and creating customer satisfaction in difficult situations
- Previous customer service experience in an inbound call center or similar environment is strongly preferred
- Minimum of a high school diploma; some college education preferred.
