About the role
- oversee multiple large-scale projects and programs—including acquisition integrations—across the enterprise
- ensure successful planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of strategic enterprise-level projects
- ensure projects align with the company’s strategic objectives
- deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- surface issues and problems for quick resolution
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in project and portfolio management
- Proven expertise in project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid)
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to solve complex issues, recommend best practices, and drive strategic outcomes
- 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale project portfolio
- Proven expertise in enterprise project governance, strategic planning, and transformation initiatives
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, or similar)
- Project Management related certifications preferred
