Frontend Engineer

• Develop and maintain internal tools using Bubble.io and similar no-code/low-code platforms.
• Manage organizational databases, CRMs, and voter files, ensuring clean and accurate data.
• Connect and automate systems (ex: linking voter files, CRM, polling platforms, outreach apps) to support data-driven outreach and campaigns.
• Design and analyze surveys and polling through tools such as Civitas Public Research.
• Build new software tools to help manage and visualize data, track outreach progress, and optimize our persuasion efforts.
• Review and interpret poll results, providing clear reports and actionable insights to leadership.
• Support website management and improvements for PLM’s public sites and campaign microsites.
• Collaborate with leadership and campaign staff to brainstorm and implement new data-driven strategies.
• Support training staff and volunteers on using new tools or data systems.
• Other duties as needed to support the team’s mission and technical needs.

Data and Web Developer

Operations

• Facilitate staff onboarding by completing tasks such as registering for support raising bootcamps, booking travel, creating email accounts, mailing materials, sending training access, and setting up accounts in software platforms.
• Monitor and review the "donor namestorming" wait bin as part of onboarding processes.
• Monitor credit card transactions in Bill.com to ensure proper financial oversight.
• Regularly monitor and manage the organization’s Gmail inbox to address incoming inquiries and correspondence.
• Conduct monthly audits of Google Drive to ensure it remains organized and clutter-free.
• Perform monthly reviews of Mailchimp to maintain clean and efficient email campaign management.
• Assist with the drafting, review, and implementation of organizational policies.
• Review suspected phishing emails and take appropriate action to protect the organization’s cybersecurity.
• Contact donors with expiring payment methods to ensure continuity of contributions.
• Audit Neon CRM accounts to identify and merge duplicate profiles.
• Periodically attend or assign staff to attend events and outreaches to assist in the missional work of Protect Life Michigan.
• Assist in other projects as needed.

Operations Assistant – Part-Time

Events

• Organize facilities and details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, sponsors, equipment, promotional materials, and more.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of all tasks before/during/after the events planned by Protect Life Michigan.
• Gather feedback from participants and provide reports to supporters.
• Propose ideas to improve each event.
• Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health, and safety obligations.
• Coordinate efforts with staff and volunteers.
• Work with the creative team to create and execute marketing plans for events.

• Own the annual and quarterly strategic planning process, including Rocks, Scorecards, and priorities.

• Protect Life Michigan is seeking a part-time, mission-aligned Social Media Assistant to support the Social Media Manager in creating, curating, and publishing content across our social media platforms.
• This role is ideal for someone passionate about the pro-life cause, with a flair for creativity, communication, and digital engagement.
• The assistant will help execute PLM’s social media strategy by supporting daily content creation, engagement, and platform management.
• What you'll do: Social Media Content & Scheduling — draft, design, and schedule content; maintain monthly calendar; format Instagram Stories, Reels, and TikToks; collect internal content.
• Platform Management & Engagement — monitor channels, respond to comments, flag critical PR concerns, track engagement metrics for reporting.
• Media — attend PLM events to capture photos/videos; organize and archive assets; support campaigns and seasonal initiatives.
