• Organize facilities and details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, sponsors, equipment, promotional materials, and more.
• Assist in the coordination and execution of all tasks before/during/after the events planned by Protect Life Michigan.
• Gather feedback from participants and provide reports to supporters.
• Propose ideas to improve each event.
• Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health, and safety obligations.
• Coordinate efforts with staff and volunteers.
• Work with the creative team to create and execute marketing plans for events.

• Serve as the Integrator in the EOS system, ensuring organizational alignment with PLM’s vision, mission, and core values.
• Translate the Executive Director’s vision into clear priorities, strategies, and execution plans.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across departments, ensuring accountability, efficiency, and results.
• Lead, mentor, and coach directors and managers, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
• Own the annual and quarterly strategic planning process, including Rocks, Scorecards, and priorities.
• Ensure measurable progress on all organizational goals and initiatives.
• Drive cross-departmental collaboration to ensure alignment and remove silos.
• Build and optimize systems, processes, and policies for long-term scalability.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of top talent.
• Uphold and reinforce organizational culture, values, and expectations.
• Provide leadership development for managers to increase capacity across the organization.
• Ensure staff have the tools, resources, and clarity needed to thrive.
• Partner with the Executive Director and Development team to ensure financial health and sustainability.
• Oversee budgeting, financial accountability, and stewardship of resources.
• Anticipate risks, identify opportunities, and proactively address organizational challenges.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to travel, including nights and weekends as necessary.

Social Media Manager

• Protect Life Michigan is seeking a part-time, mission-aligned Social Media Assistant to support the Social Media Manager in creating, curating, and publishing content across our social media platforms.
• This role is ideal for someone passionate about the pro-life cause, with a flair for creativity, communication, and digital engagement.
• The assistant will help execute PLM’s social media strategy by supporting daily content creation, engagement, and platform management.
• What you'll do: Social Media Content & Scheduling — draft, design, and schedule content; maintain monthly calendar; format Instagram Stories, Reels, and TikToks; collect internal content.
• Platform Management & Engagement — monitor channels, respond to comments, flag critical PR concerns, track engagement metrics for reporting.
• Media — attend PLM events to capture photos/videos; organize and archive assets; support campaigns and seasonal initiatives.
