About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive referrals, evaluations, and placements of Speech Generating Devices (SGDs)
  • Conduct daily in-person visits with referral sources and patients
  • Own and manage all Work-In-Progress (WIP) cases from referral through delivery
  • Maintain a full-time field presence (5 days per week) within assigned territory
  • Conduct AAC evaluations and recommend appropriate speech-generating devices
  • Perform product demonstrations, in-services, and clinical education
  • Follow up with patients and caregivers to ensure successful use of equipment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • MS, CCC-SLP (Master of Speech, Certificate of Clinical Competency – Speech Language Pathologist) is strongly preferred
  • SLP-A (Bachelor’s degree, Speech Language Pathologist – Assistant) will be considered
  • Clinical experience combined with sales aptitude are equally required in this position
  • Ability to work independently
  • Outstanding Communication and presentation skills – both written and oral
  • Ability to present ideas and product attributes to audiences ranging from one on one to large groups
  • Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Must carry personal liability insurance with a minimum limit of 100,000
