About the role

  • Your apprenticeship starts on 1 August 2026!
  • Practical, hands-on experience is important to us, so you will be involved in day-to-day operations from the very beginning.
  • You will assist with the installation, configuration and maintenance of IT systems and applications.
  • You will learn everything necessary about the optimal interaction of hardware components, operating systems and network technology.
  • You will be involved in the installation, configuration and operation of software and hardware, as well as troubleshooting during daily operations.
  • You will complete the school-based part of your training at the Heinrich-Hertz-Europakolleg vocational school in Bonn.

Requirements

  • You have Abitur (general higher education entrance qualification) or a Fachhochschulreife (university of applied sciences entrance qualification), or are about to obtain one.
  • University dropouts are welcome.
  • You enjoy IT and can communicate that enthusiasm to our customers.
  • You are proactive, have an open manner and can work independently.
  • You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
