Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct advanced data analysis to identify organizational challenges and recommend improvements.
Evaluate financial, operational, and workforce metrics to support decision‑making.
Interview personnel and observe operations to understand organizational structure and culture.
Develop and solve mathematical models to support analytical findings.
Prepare detailed written reports and deliver oral presentations to government stakeholders.
Support implementation of recommended solutions when required.

What you’ll need

A Minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research, or financial/cost analysis.
Experience with Navy-based operations is required.
A minimum Secret security clearance or higher is required to be considered for this position.
A Bachelor’s level degree or higher in Business, Finance or related field.
