About the role

  • Write clear, engaging communication about product launches and updates
  • Explain new features and why we built them across multiple channels
  • Draft emails, in-platform messages, community posts, and documentation
  • Translate product changes into user-friendly language
  • Help users understand how to get the most out of new features
  • Keep up with our fast release cycle and communicate changes quickly
  • Work closely with the product team to understand what's being built and why

Requirements

  • Strong writing skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply and clearly
  • Experience using LLMs and AI tools as an end user
  • Curiosity about AI agents and understanding of how they work
  • Ability to learn quickly, be proactive, and work independently
  • Currently enrolled in a relevant program (Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field)
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in fast release cycles
  • Previous experience in product communication or technical writing (Nice to Have)
  • Community management experience (Nice to Have)
  • Familiarity with developer/technical audiences (Nice to Have)
