About the role

  • Design and deliver training programs on AI agents, tools, and use cases
  • Run webinars and workshops explaining how AI solves business problems
  • Organize and facilitate hackathons and hands-on learning events
  • Create enablement materials and documentation
  • Explain how agents work, how they use tools, and how to apply them to real problems
  • Stay current on AI developments and translate them into practical guidance
  • Interact with users and stakeholders and collect product requirements and feedback, suggest user journey improvements
  • Help rollout and test early features

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in enablement, training, technical education, or related field
  • Hands-on experience using and understanding large language models (LLMs) and AI agents
  • Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Experience organizing events and coordinating multiple stakeholders
  • Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently and drive programs end-to-end
  • Experience building simple AI demos or prototypes (preferred)
  • Background in product education or developer advocacy (preferred)
  • Experience running hackathons or similar hands-on learning events (preferred)
