Requirements
- Currently studying (or just finished) HR, Business Admin, Psychology, Data Analytics, or something that you think is a fit
- Enrolled in a Dutch university - you need that student status for the internship contract magic
- Genuinely excited about HR tech, AI, and making things work better - plus you actually love working with people (obviously!)
- Can write and speak English like a pro - clarity matters here
