About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Mapping, analysis and improvement of processes related to the construction financing unit
- Verification of projects eligible for financing, considering physical, financial, contractual and registry information
- Monitoring the portfolio of financed projects, assessing whether they continue to meet the defined requirements and assumptions for maintaining financing
- Consolidation, processing and updating of databases related to projects, contracts, planned, actual, financed and estimated amounts
- Performing cross-checks and comparisons between investment databases, contracts, physical-financial planning and financing information
- Monitoring indicators, status and evolution of financings, identifying deviations, inconsistencies, risks and needs for updates
- Preparation of management reports, executive presentations and monitoring materials for technical, financial teams and senior management
- Ensuring integrity, traceability, standardization and consistency of the information used in the controls and reports of the financing unit
- Critical analysis of financial, physical and contractual data of projects, proposing improvements, corrections and adjustments to controls
- Support for validation and development of funding monitoring panels, dashboards and databases
- Participation in coordination with stakeholders from engineering, planning, contracts, finance and other areas involved in the project financing cycle
- Identification of opportunities for improvement, automation and standardization of financing monitoring processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields
- Experience in data analysis, financial controls, project monitoring, investments, contracts or CAPEX projects
- Ability to work with complex databases, performing checks, cross-references, validations and comparative analyses
- Knowledge in interpreting financial, operational and project performance indicators
- Advanced Excel
- Postgraduate degree in Finance, Project Management, Controllership, Engineering or Data
- Intermediate English
- Knowledge of construction financing, funding, credit lines, investment programs or project eligibility analysis
- Experience monitoring financed projects or projects with accountability, contractual requirements or eligibility criteria
- Experience with Power BI for creating, maintaining or analyzing dashboards
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or similar
- Knowledge of Power Query, Power Pivot or other data processing and modeling tools
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile or hybrid approaches
