About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in solution deployments for new clients;
  • Understand investment processes, governance, and financial planning to configure the platform according to each organization’s reality;
  • Support clients in using the solution and resolving operational questions and challenges;
  • Investigate behaviors, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities using data and functional analysis;
  • Work closely with Product, Development, and Customer Success teams to continuously improve the user experience;
  • Contribute improvement suggestions based on real customer needs observed;
  • Support integration initiatives with corporate systems such as SAP and other ERPs;
  • Help build a platform that directly impacts decision-making for large enterprises.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
  • Experience with CAPEX processes, financial planning, budgeting, investment control, or financial monitoring of projects;
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems;
  • Knowledge of SQL for querying and data analysis;
  • Experience with Power BI;
  • Knowledge of system implementation or configuration processes;
  • Experience with project management or agile methodologies;
  • Experience providing consultative or functional support to users;
