Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new opportunities
- Build and manage a pipeline to meet sales targets and objectives
- Reach out to prospective clients using multiple communication channels
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize conversion
- Work in a high-performance, results-oriented environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Develop new business opportunities within strategic (enterprise) accounts
- Conduct multichannel prospecting (LinkedIn, email, phone, and other intelligent outreach)
- Design and execute prospecting cadences using tools like Maestro ABM, Apollo, or similar
- Identify purchase intent signals (intent data) and potential opportunities within target accounts
- Map business needs to offered solutions, generating qualified interest
- Secure strategic meetings for the sales team with high conversion potential
- Experience selling Microsoft solutions
- Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies
- Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, Maestro ABM, or similar
- Experience with CRM, sales automation, and data analysis
- Familiarity with project management, digital transformation, or analytics
